- Global Health Spending has more than doubled over the past two decades, reaching US$ 8.5 trillion in 2019, or 9.8% of global GDP. But it was unequally distributed, with high income countries accounting for approximately 80%.
- Between 2009-2019 Pakistan GDP Per Capita has risen by 26.6% and Current Health Expenditure has risen by 64.2%
- Of Pakistan’s Current Health Expenditure,Out of Pocket Expenditure is 51.7% while Government Financing is 39.7%.
